At Peachy Keen Designs, I value your investment in my design services and strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for projects that are already in progress. When you purchase our design services, you are investing in our time and expertise, which cannot be returned.
We do, however, provide a full refund if we have not yet started working on your design and you request a refund within 24hr. Once this time has passed or if you have already received a proof, refunds are no longer possible.
Rest assured that once you have purchased my design services, you will have complete ownership rights to use the design in any way you choose. I do not resell your logo to anyone else.
I also retain the right to showcase the logo in our portfolio and on social media platforms, as a testament to my expertise and the quality of our work.
